🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
Providing for my family and children a better life and future. They are my pillar of support in my life. I always want to achieve greater things by being out of my comfort zone to improve my personal goals.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Serving all my clients with my heart. Always going the extra mile for them and always guarding their best interest at heart❤️
This award means that I am heading in the right direction for my clients and they are constantly referring other clients because they also want the best agent services for their family and friends.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
One Normanton Park investment unit and the rest are all HDB selling and purchases. There are many challenges in dealing with HDB - timeline, client's needs and wants, expectations, ensuring all their finances are all in place before the huge financial commitment to their next place.
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
Constant great training within the preeminent group and weekly training by Alex.! It constantly pushes me to learn new things daily! Great App from ERA to make meeting clients a lot smoother sailing.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
The biggest gratitude I would like to give to is my dearest partner as well as my 3 cutest children. Their constant support gives me the strength to keep ongoing.
I would also like to thank Daniel Phua & Valerie Lee for being always so supportive and being there for us when we are struggling. Daniel always keeps pushing us out of our comfort zone to try new things for greater heights. Valerie, on the other hand, guided us and teach us every step of the way. Thank you both for always trusting in me!
